PDX Metro Assembly Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Cascade Shelter offers optional professional assembly services within the Portland, Oregon metro area. Assembly availability currently includes Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Gresham, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, and surrounding areas, with additional locations considered upon request.
Assembly services include on-site construction of the purchased pergola or shelter according to manufacturer specifications. Assembly may include concrete work, footings, electrical or plumbing installation, lighting, site grading, leveling, permits, or HOA approvals.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation site is clear, accessible, and level prior to the scheduled assembly date. Any required HOA or city approvals must be obtained before installation.
Assembly scheduling occurs after product delivery has been confirmed. Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. Assembly duration varies depending on product size and complexity.
Assembly fees are sold separately and are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cascade Shelter is not responsible for issues arising from improper site conditions, soil movement, weather-related shifting, or modifications made after installation.
