Structural Warranty
Structural aluminum components are covered directly by Cascade Shelter under normal residential use. Does not cover improper installation, modifications, extreme weather, or normal cosmetic wear.
Components
Motors, controls, lighting, and heaters are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. After processing begins, cancellations may be subject to restocking and freight charges. Custom configurations are non-refundable.
